GP - Out of nowhere Jackal takes pole and wins the race - leading from start to finish. He\'s caught up to the pack in the championship, only 1 point behind Dude. Despite multiple excursions to the sand, Buz edges ahead of Toadly overall and ChITty reclaims 3rd.

TC - Toadly is at it again, pole & the win, reducing Buz\'s lead from 8 to 3 points. Dude somehow finds a way to not-win a drift event and Jackal accidentally breaks into the 7-figure range!

GP - There has been a clarification issued regarding what constitutes a legal vs illegal racing line. Entrants should check the rules page for updates that will be in use for the Donnington FJ1000 race. The most recent edit is in green text.

TC - Players that have been subject to bugs preventing them from joining Drift events should check the teamrip forums, this issue could be resolved but the proposed solution requires testing.

Tonight\'s event centers on the Nurburgring Sprint course where Formula 1000\'s will run 15 laps to kick off our 3rd Whoopass-Racing season.

Season 3 - GRID is nearly upon us
Our sister site Whoopass-Racing\'s Season 3 pages are now live!

Updates include GRID graphics, a new rulebook and finalized car & track selections for GP and TC series. GP will remain a traditional european style of racing but now emulates a career path, moving up through the ranks. While TC continues to be NO-RULES, utilizing GRID\'s new Demolition Derby and Drifting modes ... should be interesting :)

With our ducks now in a row we\'re putting out the last call for folks who want in right from the get go ... announce your interest in the racing forum. For those who are late on the scene all hope is not lost - we\'ll still be open to entries during the season and some catchup points will be awarded...it\'s never too late!
