With the 4th of July upon us, I propose we push back Round 6. Dude/Lebowski is on vacation next week too, so I suggest running Round 6 the following week, July 18th. anyone opposed? I should have known 4th July was a possible cancellation! When does the absentee points system come into effect, then? At this rate you'll be postponing races if someone's got a headache :roll: I'm going on vacation myself for two weeks on 14th July, so I'll miss the next two races :cry: Hopefully I can remind Norm, Mitsu and King to stay up on a Wednesday to fly the T3R flag. Don't take any of this the wrong way - we appreciate the opportunity to participate in your season and the chance to get on track with quality drivers like yourselves. Up until now this has just been a very casual thing, for rip's amusement and everything was easily negotiable ... with increasing numbers of regular non-rip competitors things need to change ... here's how: Schedule for the remainder of Season 1 ============================ Round 7: Wednesday, July 18 Round 8: Wednesday, July 25 If a driver is absent, they will receive away points (half what they would have got had they been last in the race, rounded up). If people wish, they can still suggest alternate dates, we can always run stuff up the flagpole to see who salutes, but as the record keeper I will need to see a serious consensus that includes both internal rip members and external competitors.
