not sure about pricing but we use GotoMyPC at work ... plus one other one that I can't remember right now, doh. If there was any stability of IP address I'd recommend just using Windows Remote Desktop, but being dialup she's probably getting a totally different IP each itme. Windows XP RDP uses very low bandwidth and is ok over dial up imo, if you configure it right. However, it requires no router or firewall ... which i'm guessing is a normal setup for a dialup pc.
