Weights:

Superspeedway oval tracks naturally produce unusually level playing fields. The purpose of the weight system is to level the playing field. To run uneven weights at Indianapolis would produce an unintended magnification of handicaps.

It is therefore deemed unnecessary to vary weights between human competitors at the Indianapolis Oval.

However the AI are at a severe disadvantage (and possibly a risk to human competitors) being some 3 to 4 sec/lap off the pace. Therefore all human competitors will carry a standard amount of ballast (exact weight TBD) to reduce to speed differential between human and AI vehicles.

Regular season weight penalties will be reinstated after Indianapolis.
Round 7 picking up where we left off after Round 5.

After testing it has been determined that ballast level will be maximum, for all drivers.

150kg (330lb)

And the AI will still get destroyed mightily.

We're doing proper pit lane entrances and exits right?  Meaning entering the pit you're actually turning in before turn 3 and exiting after turn 2?  I think that could be confusing if not clearly explained.

FYI for all... the pit lane speed is 55 mph, not the usual 37.

Sounds good to me ... ALL blending (out or in) should occur between turns 2 & 3.

People on flying laps should keep to the right on the back straight as slow cars may be on the left.

Beware of the trap between turn 3 and 4!  There's a bit of the wall that sticks out that WILL end your race immediately if you so much as look at it.
