Since the Hot Laps server is open to the public, I have enabled full flags to prevent abuse.
Don't cut chicanes, have contact with other cars, speed in the pit lane etc.

You have been warned! :P

i have no working steering wheel :( and haven't taken the time to take mine apart. I don't know if its the serial cable that connects the pedal to the wheel or if its the solder of the serial input of the wheel.

If it were me, I'd assign the brake pedal as gas and use a button or paddle for brake.
Or try a gamepad ... I think you have one right? Luma sure did ok with his.

In either case, certainly experiment and get a point for hotlapping. :)

And yeah, the # of pubs is insane...i never would have expected that.

Go with a keyboard! At least something would be better than nothing.

Those times are evil, I just barely broke into the 39's....  I guess I still got some work to do. :o

All that work on that fancy wheel and I bet you Cawdor is faster than him with his keyboard!

lol could be.

but i'd love to have a bias dial ... diff dials would be sweet too, though i guess in the f3000 you can't change it on the fly (idk, never checked).

Chitty, could I be cheeky and ask you to attach your setup so I can give it a go? I don't seem to be able to access the Online setup files in-game... :S :(

Congrats to Bret, had a chance to go back and check out the race. That weight doesn't seem to hurt you one bit.

Really disappointed in my race though, I had spent what I thought was a great deal of time preparing for one of my favorite tracks and I end up just about screwing everyone over off the 2nd Lesmo. Pretty sure I had some damage from that first shunt, I couldn't run away from the AI after that and just constantly having an AI stick his nose in a corner I came right back to the 2nd Lesmo on lap 6 trying to hustle a hurt car and pulled another Hamilton. Unfortunately for me, I left some keepsakes on the track after that....even limped to the pits but it was all over from there..  soon as I pulled in it sent me back out so I just simply retired and left for a bit to collect my thoughts. lol
