We have someone maintain the network + his "real" job. We use eTrust Threat Management Agent, simply b/c it doesn't bog down the p.c.s like McAfee and Norton. We also use Super AntiSpyware on all p.c.s. I wish I knew what was wrong with the network, but the "IT guy" says that the internet is working (i.e. - not a "real" problem here) and it could be on Comcast's end...AND if the business across the street switched to Comcast business, then our connection would decrease. The apartments supply free internet.
