So I used the dx11 workaround and it seems to unlock the potential of my gtx460 and utilizes about 80-94% and relaxes the cpus. I have v-sync on and everything maxed....wait no scratch that. I have everything set to ultra. With v-sync turned on I can't get an acurate reading on the frame rates but its nice and smooth. Its odd that the game will play smoother with higher settings using dx11 than with lower settings using dx9

Lmao that would be because I was vettel in a quick 1 lap grandprix. What can I say, they got in the way. It was clearly their fault sinse I didn't get penalized lol

wow ... it is a gorgeous game i have to admit.

yes it is! especially after I have been playing it for several weeks on the xbox 360 and now see what it should really look like. I am going to try out some of the graphics mods that are over at racedepartment and take some more screens
