I want to wrap text within a letter of a word

for example....
put the word "john deere" within the letter P, so it makes up the letter P...any ideas on how to do this its been a while....what program you graphic guys out there help!!!

Hmm might need a specific font and some photoshop work. What i would do, and this is probably the hardest way. But find a high resolution font that you want your letter P to look like. Ideally you would need it wide enough to write text inside of it. Then in photoshop use a new layer per letter of text. Rotate and place where needed. Seems like a lot of work to me.

How would the text be positioned inside the P ?

Just straight down the left, vertical side? Or up the side and around the curve?
The first way is quite easy with a basic rotation and scale transform.
But the 2nd way is a fair bit trickier.
