Tonight, [9IF]1 Hk.Blackout, SIL3NTxMUrD3R, and myself Hk b2|ImpCO were banned from the 9 Rounds Karkand server, no rip members were present in the server. Blackout was kicked for stat padding or something? Which is rediculis cause he wasnt, and me and silent were kicked for no reason.

We have been playing on your server for a long time, and this is kinda lame.

1 Hk.Blackout was not banned he was kicked because I and others think he was cheating hacking exploiting or something. He was not banned

lol i no silent was saying shit, but i dont think it was right to kick me for thinking i was hacking when my score was 5 kills and 5 deaths. i did good the round before that with only a few deaths and a bunch of kills but that was because imp was reviving me and when your shooting ppl that run away it make it easy to kill them... and yea i dolphine dive and stuff but thats not an exploit and if u kick ppl for that ur going to have to kick alot of ppl and its not my fault if ppl cannot hit me when im doing, thats the point the point of it....And if i did good enough to make ppl think i was cheating that just makes my day.

Plus i'm on your server quite a bit and i never had this kind of problem before... but im still going to continue playing on it.

O yea if u thought i was hacking couldnt u just screenshot me?!

sorry you got kicked, but you said your self that you were dolphin diving and that really makes the game unenjoyable for others. hopefully dolphin diving will be fixed with the 1.4 patch.

P.S. also try to refrain from complaining about your friends that get banned for talking trash and using words like "r@pe". If I catch you or you other two friends talking like then in our server it will be a permanent ban!

Glad you enjoy playing in our server but others will not enjoy their playing time in our server if people continue to conduct themselve as you and your friends were last night!

Hopefully yes, the DDing and worming will be fixed in the new patch, I wouldn’t mind that at all, but unfortunately, right now its part of the game, and to keep up with other people doing it, we do it.

Also, the punk buster and punks busted scrips do a fine job of catching cheaters, therefore there is no need to ban my teammates or myself over accusations because we are CAL players and kill the average player easily.

We do enjoy your server, and will continue to play on it.

Also, since your server is a public ranked EA server, and therefore the players have rights on that server, silent murder was legitimately banned, but you have no right to ban myself or blackout for being good at the game whether you pay for it or not, and BF2RS admins will enforce our right if the need be and conveniently one plays for our team.

These are rules that are not enforced upon in EA’s public ranked servers but may be modified in privately rented ranked servers. These rules are decided by clan administrators for those servers and as long as they do not contradict any global rules enforced by EA are considered valid for those servers.

in basic... we can do what ever we want to do as long we dont break any of the ROE rules... and kicking/banning people we dont wanna see, play with, listen to, or look at and so on is LEAGAL...

And if alot people "assume/think" that someone is cheating we need to take action, and as a member of punksbusted i can say there is still alot of cheaters out there, and its not getting any better.

personal i think its better to kick/ban, then ask questions...
and yeah, sometimes we kick/ban people who shoulden be kick or banned,
but thats a part of the game... and usually they post inhere (like u did) so it can be solved again...
