Hey!

Ripper, Beaker, and I are at the GXL!  It was rainy and took a reeeally really long time to get here but we are getting settled in.  And why we have net access for 200+ peeps I have no idea.

Mightymax is not here yet from Boston (!) ... hope he's not stuck in traffic somewhere!

Greetings from the GXL!  I am in a huge car/truck port in semi-darkness.  All four of us made it in one piece.    This is day 2, and the cavernous room is starting to get an unpleasant funk.  Think vague smell of no-showering geeks.

People slept literally on the floor below their machines.  Amazing.

Good thing about this LAN is the size and the entertaining activities.  The bad thing is that Q3 and Counterstrike reign supreme.  BF2, BF2142, and HL2DM are just not that popular.  There's also no big demand for QWET.  There's alot of specialty tournament players here -- and the tournament games are the twitch games.

Ok, back to gaming.
