I've got 6 off the top of my head.

Name as many US GP host cities as you can (I can name 4).

Driver: Phil Hill, Mario Andretti, Dan Gurney, Eddie Cheever, Michael Andretti, Scott Speed ... can't think of any others.

Tracks: Watkins Glen, Longbeach, Detroit, Indianapolis ... hmmm, I feel like there might be another but i can't think of it.

Those were the same drivers I could think of as well.  Guess there was at least 10 though.

Mine were Indianapolis, Detroit, Phoenix, and Dallas.

Apparently there were races hosted at Vegas (caesars palace to be exact), Riverside (California), and Sebring.
