Found this awesome browser based management game that lets you build up a racing team, from almost every possible aspect.

I applied for a team a few days ago and took over an American F2 team. You can also be in user created leagues it looks like. So far I have just bought a few components for my cars that where better than the ones given. I did some testing and looks like im not to far off the pace. You have to start very slow and not spend to much money out of the gate.

It seems very realistic to what a real team has to deal with to get developed into a proper f1 team.

welcome guys Smiley

make sure to subscribe to this forum so you can browse read some of the beginner tips:

http://f1project.org/forum/viewassociazione.php?id=456

also you can get pretty good deals on components if you hound the auctions and pounce at the right time. I'd say don't go over 10-15k for anything other than tyres. I'm usually shooting for at least the acceptable level for each attribute, but not much over that.

I totally spaced and missed it ... but i've been gradually getting into the groove of how it works this week. Should be a go for the next race.

My team link btw...(couldn't find BP using the search feature):

I grabbed pole in my first ever quali session Smiley not sure how that happened though as the race panned out differently, my cars ended up about a min behind the leader, but that put my drivers in third and forth place. I beat the second placed team in the division and grabbed 27 points.

You really have to be careful with repairs, after your first race asses each part's damage and repair cost individually, it might save you a lot of money just to buy a new part.
