list your specs...it seems it could be having old hard drives(upgrade to a ssd)..some say to upgrade ram to 8 gigs?   thoughts etc?

500 gig hd sata 7200 rpm
6gigs of ram ddr2
evga 550 ftw superclocked
windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
just the initial loading of the game takes awhile but once the map rotates the game loads quickly.  i'm like one of the first 3-4 people in.

try this to increase load times:
Open up Nvidia Control Panel
Click on Manage 3D Settings
Click on Program Settings
Select Battlefield 3 in the drop down box (If it's not there click add and find bf3.exe located C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3)
Find Threaded optimization
Turn On
Click Apply


turn ingame textures down from ultra

or buy an ssd or more ram have proven to work to an extent
