skip to about 2:40 ... Bet they can feel that. Quite a sharp action. Also hadn't pictured it working by lifting the leading edge, expected the trailing edge to be laid flat, like the control surfaces on an aircraft. I guess I was crazy.

Wow, cool, I wonder how complex the control system is, meaning will it snap back to full if you hit the brakes hard or turn the wheel passed a certain point.
I see why the front edge moves up, it gives the air moving over the bottom section a shorter path, verse having to also move over the top section, even when the top section is flat. What would really be cool would be to have the top half hide behind the bottom half

The control system sounds crazy with the within 1 second gap only on certain sections of track.  You through KERS in the mix and it's going to be wild.

If running 2nd, just wait until the final lap and hit the wing & KERS buttons ... done.
I suppose KERS can still be used in defense by the lead car.

I'm kinda scared about this season being a complete embarrassment.

All they had to do was ban F-Duct & blown diffusers (and double diffusers).

Incidentally, anyone else been watching TFL? http://www.smibs.tv/the-flying-lap

WOW, that's really interesting.  That rear wing is not even close to what I had expected.

Thx buz for the TFL link.  I'm a BIG fan of the laid back format.   I always loved Mr. Windsor, glad to see him back to "spinning to the masses"!       Wink
