Go to image shack, click on browse, find image, upload it, select Hotlink for forums (1), highlight the entire line, right click, copy, go to home page of rip, click profile at very top of screen next to the little blue dot and above log in/out, scroll down to signature, right click and paste, scroll all the way down to submit.  This worked for me on every pic I used.  Good luck man.

If you have anymore problems I can walk you through it on teamspeak.
