Just wanted to say thanks for allowing me to participate in the event, even at a last minute's notice. I certainly gave it my best effort, and managed a pretty decemt Qualy lap (Even though I'm sure it had alot to do with the fact I had no ballast). It had me worried to be honest, kinda felt in over my head from the start. I watched the replay and I really do appreciate the space Chitty and Buz gave me through the first lap. Tried to push it to maintain Luma's pace, but after 4 laps I just mistimed my downshift and found myself chewing up some rocks and allowed them through. Just sorry I held ya'll up for that long....

Like I said, it was sorta last minute for me... so I just threw together a setup I usually run at Instanbul and it seemed to maintain the grip/pace I needed until I made a mistake on my own. Unfortuantly with a keyboard a mistake is always a given when you're pushing the limit, but I definitely tried to minimize the damage and I'll gladly take 3rd, champagne is champagne in my humble opinion...     Just thanks for letting me tag along and I hope I get an invitation to do so again in the near future...

I personally was not at all put out by your presence. I had my own share of mistakes too. I thought your pace was great, maybe the lack of weight helped but still very good.

You're quite right about that champagne ... I'll gladly take my 2nd place in the season, at the start i never thought I had a shot to be so close. Next season will be different, I'm pretty sure.
