If your audio gets dumped then you can do an audio swap, use music that is not on an RIAA label, to find out if it is 'safe' or not (these RIAA idiots really need to wake up and smell the 21st century) put in the song in here:

Render just the audio stream at the exact length of the video in mp3 and youtube can replace it for you.

For instance my video's audio is still up because it has songs on independent labels, or close to anyways. One of my songs is on a label that is owned by EMI but I think it might have to do with the label being based in the UK.

Most mainstream songs, especially the ones Bretware used will tick off the RIAA radar. The biggest group to avoid is anything under Sony, they are evil. But there is a LOT of good indie music out there so get digging, I can always send you some music I like also.
