Hi,
Sorry to bother you guys but I don't know if this chap rip350 is of your clan. Just to let you know that I was playing in Karkand and whenever you killed him you would be punished for team kill. He would show up as a red marked player, even checked team lists, but when you kill him you get punished.
Just to let you know that someone is out their using your "rip" name and is cheating.

Sounds like its just the Red Tag Glitch (not cheating) that EA never fixed.

rip350 is just his name our clan tag is RIP| before the name, so this person's new name would be RIP|rip350 (if he was in our clan).

Red tag glitch:  The person appears to be red be it should be blue.

If you made sure that the person is not on your team by pressing the "\" key - I don't know what to tell you.

I have been playing and been punished for a team kill and have team vehicle damage (friendly fire on) and been punished - and never killed anyone.  

Also, I have received points for a kill or kill assist and never laid a mine, claymore or anything - just would be walking around and get points.
