yep, that is why i run an FTP server from my house.  I also ran BF1942 and UT and UT2003 servers but we don't play them anymore either.

just retested mine, havent tested it since comcast took over time warner....sweet upload speed, seeing how i was only getting 256 up before....didnt pay anymore just got more....i also have had a credit on my comcast bill since last month for no reason at all....didnt have to pay this month....hehe
