i think its dr watson some say to disable but some say not
the same reason why i sent mu first computer back

ok np ... googling around I found this workaround...

Try this:
Open Control Panel - System
Click the Advanced tab
Click the Error Reporting button
Click Choose Programs
Add dwwin.exe to the "Do not report errors for these programs" list.

Doesn't technically fix the problem but it gets the errors out of your face.
