Sorry about the hit tonight Chitty. Honestly there was no intention to it. I had a line that I thought was going to get me past you without contact. Clearly I was wrong.

I'm fine with giving up my finishing position. Dude finished last, I was 3rd buz second and jackal first. If you want to take 3rd I'll gladly take 4th.

I appreciate the sentiment of your post.  I don't want to do that because I don't take anything away from the championship fight between you and buz.  I'm sure things got pretty hairy after the contact, so imo you guys had equal opportunity from that point on and the contact probably hurt you more than buz.  I had no illusions as to fighting for the points lead in the last two races, it just really sucked to be fighting for first and to have my race end in such a "violent" manner.

I personally am a bit unsatisfied - ChITty was gracious in the past with restarts and did get shafted last round when he couldn't make it. That's why I also offered to swap finishing places with him...heck, i think i'd be up for a re-do ... anyone?

i have to at least ask ... though of course Jackal stands to lose the most, having won a race in which he kept his nose clean.

Well... we already spent a lot of time on that track with my Quali restart, and a couple of restarts due to car issues.  Plus, as you say, I don't think it's fair to Jackal and I don't want to postpone the last race of the season just for this.  If I was in the championship running, maybe it would be different, but I wasn't, so there's no real point of dragging everyone back just to do that race again.

Yeah...after thinking about it, buz's position over Chitty was a direct result of the accident I caused with Chitty. In all fairness, Chitty would take second, buz 3rd and myself in 4th. I don't see any significant impact on the leaderboards and honestly I don't care either way.

I respect what were doing here...but it is just points and online racing after all....perceivably amongst friends.
