This has got to be the best app I have come across so far for the iPhone and I have had one for over a year now.

This program allows you to remotely log into your computer from your iPhone over wi-fi, 3g, EDGE.

You try out the free version to see if you like it. The only thing the free version doesn't allow you to is "commands while zoomed".
