someone suggest 2 car types then we'll move on to tracks.

personally, I'd love to do Formula Palmer Audi, I love the idea of the boost button throwing a random factor into the mix. in a 15 lap race you have think about how you're gonna use it...allows more tactical variations.


as for the alternate/non-open-wheel series, what about the Palmer Jaguars? Once you learn which curbs to avoid and how to keep the back from snapping around, they are great fun and sound awesome IMO.

subaru and mitsu is good, but could regulate it to one or the other, make everyone use the same model

or or or get this, how about each round with a different car on a different dirt track, all laid out before opening round

Oh Damn, I just remembered, I'd had an idea ... what about picking a racing genre, like off road, or open wheel, oval, or whatever and doing a mini career progression ...

using open wheel as an example, start with a race in go karts, then formula ford, then f1000 ... etc, up to F1.

well ... the last thing i recall agreeing on was F1000's & Subaru/Mitsu Rallycross. (We should spend a little time in them so we can all see what they're like)
