Has anyone heard anything good about this game? Just saw the trailer for it today. Looks kind of interesting, but reminds me a lot of bf2 with a twist. Things I like from what I have heard: the backstory is really good, ability to use real military tactics against AI via commands, the engine is adjusted as new war games come out to adjust new styles, etc, and there is a 1000 kg bomb that can be dropped for support

So...just played the demo for this game the other night...two times in a row.

Absolutely loved it. Picked up a copy today for $19.99 if anyone has it/wants to get it, etc.

You best know how to find cover, use it, and lead a squad. Thats all I can say.

Hows the Multiplayer? I heard of it.. just wasnt sure how many people would actually play it.

^Couldn't tell you. I haven't patched the game yet. I heard multiplayer is dying out, but don't care as I bought it for the campaign and co-op. The bullet damage in BC2 is too f***** up for my liking to be playing it all the time. I like this alternative. Not everyone will.

Thing to know about the demo: The mission occurs before the invasion of the island. You are assigned to take out certain targets. If you find you don't run into the enemy too often (in that mission they are spaced quite well), don't dislike the game. I assure you, the enemy has greater numbers as soon as the next mission.

YEah I hear ya on BFBC2.. I actually played some COH, TF2 & even some COD:MW2 the other day. I do plan on getting BF1943 when it comes out. But I will give the demo on this a shot
