In the qualifying I just watched, Lewis never got past Q2.

Ok, i found it, Sporting regulations, article 25.4. I couldn't find it last night after Q. I couldn't understand what they were doing, they ran two like laps, parked it, then ran one late. He said he was held up, but why did they sit in the pits, were they saving tires figuring to be in the top ten? I don't get it. Why take the chance when the forcast is heavy rain. Seemed like he had a top 5 car.
