So when I first installed the mmg f1 2007 mod I messed around with the look to apex feature in GTR-e. I notice it was pretty realistic and really helps when some one is on your inside but after a while it gets on your nerves. I tried it at 30-60% settings.

I had to turn of cockpit movement because it was way to distracting. This setting changes wether or not your driver view moves forward and backwards as you speed up and brake.

By turning these 2 settings to 0%, cockpit view is a blast to drive in.

I think mine are at default, as I drive with hood-cam, never touched 'em.

No, just the in car view.  I used to assign the middle buttons on my wheel for look L and R.  Now they are Push to talk and Wipers/tear aways.

I drive from the cockpit, with look to apex 10-15% and no cockpit movement.

Well since finding the "no_visor.dll" file for the f3000 and skinning my cockpit view to look like the f1 with a teamrip medallion I have been driving in cockpit view since my last win at BRNO

see attached image

I tried that bret and it was still a little distracting. do you use the no visor mod? I highly recommend giving it a try
