So a old buddy of mine from the Thawks (Sleepy-E) might be joining us. Along with my other buddy Sarge who many of you have gotten a chance to game with now.

Anyways Sleepy is having some issues with PB on Battlefield. I figured I would post it here so others might be able to help.

It might be something else actually, was working on it last night.  I finally found the rip server, but was unable to enter it due to a punkbuster error.  It was a punkbusterB heartbeat connection lost error that would kick me.  Seems to be a common error, just have to figure out how to get around it.

Sounds like Badley had an issue with PB as well. He uninstalled everything & reinstalled both BF:BC2 & PB.

I would start by manually updating PB if possible.

Anyone else seen or heard about this? Any ideas?

you need to manually update pb....(also yote where has sarge been?)

Thanks everyone.  I now have it installed on my old xp computer and it works fine there.  Go figure.
